How do I book a shoot?
Pick your package, choose a date and time that works, and tell us about the property. You'll get an instant confirmation — no back-and-forth emails needed.
How does payment work?
Simple: book now, pay when you download. After your shoot, you'll receive watermarked previews to review. When you're happy, pay online to unlock the full-resolution, watermark-free files. No payment is taken at booking.
Is there a discount for first-time clients?

Photos are delivered within 24 hours. Videos (cinematic walkthroughs, reels) can take 1–2 business days. Need your photos even faster? Add Rush Delivery for same-day turnaround on photography.
What do the packages include?
- Essential — professional HDR listing photography.
- Social Pro — Essential plus a Listing Video (cinematic 4K walkthrough, 60–90 seconds), professionally edited with licensed music, and a property website.
- Signature — the full suite: photography, Listing Video, premium reels, full drone coverage, and a Matterport 3D tour.
Do you shoot outside Toronto?
Yes — we serve the Greater Toronto Area. A travel fee may apply depending on the location; it'll always be confirmed before you book.
What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?
For drone or twilight shoots affected by weather, we reschedule at no charge. Interior photography goes ahead rain or shine.
Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
No. As long as we have access arranged (lockbox code, concierge, or tenant coordination), we'll handle everything and send you the previews when they're ready.
What format are the final photos?
High-resolution JPEGs, MLS-ready and optimized for web, print, and social media.
Do you offer Matterport 3D tours?
Yes — available as an add-on to any package, and included in Signature.
Do you have a referral program?
